Yes. Hilda van der Tuin LL.M. serves both sides of the table so to speak, but of course never in the same conflict. So the very first thing our firm does, is a check on a potential conflict of interests.
What does it cost?
It's impossible to give a general answer to this question, but labor conflicts will usually be charged by the hour spent. Our hourly rate is AED 970 including VAT. Usually we'll charge you 5 or 10 hours in advance, depending on the case. In 99% of all cases, this appeared to be a good investment...
Do I need to visit your office?
No, that's only relevant in very very rare cases.
How long does it take before my conflict has been solved?
